A warmer than normal winter is over and the birds are loving it!  Our latest flock is just now starting to produce the much loved, yet little understood, Pullet eggs, or grade PeeWee, so make sure you get to The Wedge or Seward coops to partake in this twice a year delicacy!  They are not hard to find - just look for the bulk eggs that are about twice the size of a Robbins' egg.  Extra small BUT packed with flavor!
